Engineering the Future with AI and AWS

More than 100 people gathered in our Sofia office for a first-of-its-kind event. Engineers, tech leaders, and curious minds came together for an afternoon that was part deep-dive keynote, part community meet-up. Our focus was to showcase how generative AI is transforming the way we build, optimize, and reimagine the future at DraftKings with our Amazon Web Services (AWS) partnership.

Four powerhouse speakers led the conversation: Martin Chaov, Director of Architecture, Martin Ivanov, Lead Software Architect, Zach Maybury, our Chief Technical Officer, and Brian Soper from AWS. Together, they unpacked real-world applications of GenAI, showcasing the tangible ways it’s helping us improve performance, streamline workflows, and scale our services.
