“We're sort of building as we go through our day-to-day, and that's been great for both me and the team to realize there's not really a dedicated, correct way to do this work yet,” Jeff said.

Jeff says 2024 was a pivotal year for the team. “We hit our stride, matured, the team got energized, and laid the foundation for serious growth," Jeff added.

Jeff recalled one project: “There was an item that came in late... a really stressful last-minute thing that could have derailed the whole project. What was amazing is that it involved multiple teams... and everyone rallied together,” Jeff said.
