Vaya and Dimitar are both software engineers in our Sofia office who started their journeys through the DraftKings Internship Program.

For Vaya, the experience was empowering. She began by picking up smaller tasks to understand our systems, then worked side by side with another intern to rebuild a key internal admin tool. “This internship was the beginning of my career,” she said. “It gave me confidence. I felt welcomed and supported every step of the way.”

Dimitar found his internship enlightening. He worked with two other interns to streamline internal QA tools used to test systems, making it easier for teams to ensure a smooth workflow. “Even though I had no previous experience, my team valued my opinions and helped me grow fast,” he said.
