From a very young age, I discovered my passion for racing, a sport that fascinated me with its precision and adrenaline. The rise of sim-racing gave me a unique opportunity to chase my dream, offering a level playing field to showcase talent and dedication. My hard work and commitment paid off when I was signed by a prominent racing team, a milestone that taught me invaluable lessons in teamwork, focus, and adaptability.

The discipline, quick decision-making, and collaboration I developed along the way have shaped how I approach challenges and opportunities at DraftKings. With its emphasis on innovation, critical thinking, and a results-oriented mindset, DraftKings aligns perfectly with my goals. What does a typical day in your role look like, and what aspects do you find most rewarding?

A typical day as a trader revolves around ensuring that the bets we receive are assigned correct and accurate odds while remaining vigilant for potential errors. The workflow is dynamic and requires constant attention and focus, as every decision can have a significant impact. Another key part of my role is providing feedback and insights on features to ensure the best experience for our customers.

What makes this work so fulfilling is the constant evolution of challenges—it’s a never-ending process of learning and improvement that keeps each day exciting and rewarding.

For me, staying active through regular sports and physical activities is essential, and DraftKings supports this with initiatives like monthly fitness challenges that help me stay motivated.
