On your first day with us, you may start by working with Bobbi, one of our Senior Desktop Support Specialists from Sofia, Bulgaria. He plays a crucial role in our onboarding process, helping people set up their accounts and getting them ready to start making an impact. He’s on our Information Technology team, which provides the entire company with access and support. 

As a global company with more than 5,000 teammates, our Information Technology team is massive. Focusing on security, our team solves different technical issues every day. Bobbi says there are endless opportunities to work cross-functionally with teams ranging from desktop support to corporate, security, and network operations. 

Highly collaborative in nature, teams from diverse backgrounds work together to solve technical problems, creating an environment where everyone contributes to groundbreaking solutions. 

“It’s really interesting to see how different teams focus on resolving one process together. It feels incredible to be a part of that,” Bobbi says. 

One of the aspects Bobbi appreciates most about his role is connecting with colleagues from around the world. “Since I started, I’ve been able to grow my skills significantly,” he shares. “I’ve learned a lot about new technologies, and it’s exciting to see how working with different teams helps me expand my knowledge.”

For Bobbi, helping others is the most fulfilling part of his job. “I enjoy resolving issues and supporting my colleagues,” he adds.
