DK Immersion isn’t your average new hire orientation—it’s a two-day, high-energy launch into everything that makes us a leader in the sports and entertainment industry. 

Held in both Boston, Massachusetts, and Sofia, Bulgaria, DK Immersion is our in-person onboarding experience designed to bring new hires into the heartbeat of DraftKings. We provide our new teammates with a deep dive into our culture, our values, and most importantly, our people.
