  • Partner with Creative, Brand, Growth Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and technical teams to improve collaboration, streamline handoffs, and support reliable execution.
  • Maintain workflow standards, asset metadata, documentation, and quality controls while validating that new processes and automations perform as intended.

What you’ll bring

  • Hands-on experience managing creative production workflows, including asset intake, versioning, approvals, quality assurance, and delivery.
  • Familiarity with creative and workflow management platforms such as Airtable, Figma, Wrike, Asana, Jira, or digital asset management systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and translate operational challenges into practical improvements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and partner across creative, marketing, technical, and external teams.
  • Experience with creative automation platforms such as Smartly, Storyteq, Pencil, or Hunch, along with exposure to Airtable automations, application programming interfaces (APIs), low-code tools, or scripting, is a plus.
