The Crown Is Yours
As a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, you'll bring high-impact digital campaigns to life across key acquisition and retention moments. You'll play an integral role on the Growth Marketing team, developing media strategies, managing campaigns, and using performance insights to uncover opportunities for growth. Working across teams, you'll help shape compelling campaigns that reach the right audience and support our broader marketing goals.
What You'll Do
- Develop digital media buying strategies across paid social, programmatic, and paid search channels to support acquisition and retention goals.
- Launch and optimize new customer acquisition campaigns across digital channels, using performance data to drive key performance indicators and broader Growth Marketing goals.
- Design and execute A/B tests to uncover insights that improve campaign performance and inform future strategies.
- Develop new advertising concepts and work across Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to bring compelling campaigns to market.
- Analyze campaign performance alongside the Marketing Analytics team, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations for continued optimization.
- Manage the creative workflow and delivery for critical acquisition and retention moments, keeping cross-functional teams aligned on priorities and timelines.
- Lead day-to-day communication with external agencies and advertising partners to drive execution and campaign performance.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with digital media optimization, including A/B testing, analyzing media performance, and working with automated or manual bidding approaches.
- A strong understanding of digital advertising inventory, platforms, and media buying best practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools, including Claude.
- The ability to work from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Bulgarian time.
