Your work will support our evolving business while helping us maintain strong financial reporting standards.

What you’ll do as a Senior Accountant

  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and footnote disclosures for quarterly and annual Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Investor Relations, and Financial Planning and Analysis, to gather and analyze information for financial reporting and regulatory disclosures.
  • Evaluate the financial impact of potential acquisitions by reviewing agreements, developing financial models, and presenting key findings to executive leadership.
  • Support the integration of acquired businesses by preparing opening balance sheets, developing forecasts and integration plans, and coordinating financial systems transitions.
  • Research complex accounting matters and prepare technical accounting memos covering revenue recognition, strategic investments, partnerships, segment reporting, and asset impairment.
  • Review monthly and quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations related to investments, revenue recognition, leases, and stock-based compensation to support accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen financial reporting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance accounting workflows using tools such as NetSuite and Workiva.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a large public accounting firm.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or active progress toward obtaining certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), SEC reporting requirements, and financial consolidations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience developing financial models and working with macros.
  • Experience researching complex accounting matters, interpreting financial guidance, and translating findings into clear recommendations.
  • A proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, implement improvements, and strengthen financial reporting practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present financial insights and work across teams and leadership levels.
