  • Manage vendor and agency relationships while researching and sourcing vendors, execution partners, and other resources that support event objectives.
  • Support the translation of creative concepts and business objectives into comprehensive production strategies.
  • Partner with the VIP Team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback, identify key learnings, and develop repeatable practices that strengthen future events.
  • Represent the DraftKings brand at events while helping deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for attendees.

  • At least 5 years of experience in experiential events, event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex event production, including spatial planning, fabrication, scenic design, logistics, budgets, financial forecasts, and vendor negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events, changing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and event attendees.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
  • Flexibility to travel and work nights or weekends as required for event execution, along with the ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses.
