The Crown Is Yours
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our senior leaders focused on what matters most. You’ll partner with Vice President and Senior Vice President-level executives to navigate a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and ensure day-to-day operations run seamlessly. From coordinating complex schedules and travel to driving operational excellence behind the scenes, your work will help leaders stay connected, informed, and prepared to make an impact across the business.
What You'll Do
Provide proactive calendar management for Vice President and Senior Vice President-level executives, balancing competing priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and anticipating business needs.
Coordinate meetings and events across multiple time zones, managing logistics including conference rooms, audiovisual support, catering, meeting materials, and guest experiences for both in-person and hybrid sessions.
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, proactively monitoring itineraries and quickly resolving travel disruptions as they arise.
Prepare and submit expense reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Keep senior leaders informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, and priorities, following up on key action items to help drive execution.
Build strong partnerships with executive assistants, business partners, and cross-functional teams to support efficient communication and coordination across the organization.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities while providing backup support for other Executive Assistants as business needs evolve.
What You'll Bring
At least 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong judgment, professionalism, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience partnering effectively across all levels of an organization.
The flexibility to work a hybrid schedule in the Boston area and provide support outside standard business hours when business needs require.
A collaborative approach, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to following through on every detail.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is 30.00 USD - 37.50 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
