VP, HR Business Partnership

We are seeking a Vice President of our HR Business Partnership to lead our HR Business Partner team. When you join us, you’ll partner with our executive team members and their organizations to drive and execute our talent and engagement strategies. What you’ll do as a Vice President of our HR Business Partnership:

  • Lead the global HR business partnering function for DraftKings.

  • Directly lead the global HR business partnering efforts for our G&A vertical which includes direct support for our Finance and People organizations. 

  • Provide expert consultation on organizational design and change management strategies and tactics to support our fast moving and growing global business.

  • Lead the execution of key talent programs and initiatives across all areas of our business.

  • Partner and collaborate with our Strategic Initiatives, M&A, Communications and People teams to drive overall integration strategy, lead diligence, integration planning and execution.

  • Identify and advise on opportunities, risks, and trends related to domestic and international expansion.

  • Lead cultural assessments in partnership with local teams and leaders to identify key areas for consideration specific to successful cultural integration.

What you'll bring:

  • 10-15+ years experience as a strategic HR leader leading teams in fast paced organizations.

  • Experience supporting C Level executive team members in growing organizations at scale.

  • Experience supporting CFO or technical organizations is highly preferred.

  • Deep understanding of all HR functions, including organizational development, and business partnership.

  • Understanding of general compensation, benefits, recruiting, and People operations practices is also a plus.

  • Experience with HR related aspects of M&A including integrating acquired teams into an organization and managing programs to support culture and sustained performance.

  • Successful track record leading complex projects involving multiple teams through consensus building, problem resolution, and continuous process improvement.
