VIP Sales Operations Specialist

Empower and enhance our VIP sales team.

We are seeking a proactive individual to help us continually improve and enhance our systems and tools, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. If you are all about sales operations with a knack for transforming ideas into action then we know you’ll love it here!

What you’ll do as a Sales Operations Specialist:

  • Own the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and optimization of our sales tools to support VIP sales initiatives.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to design sales tools to meet business requirements and ensure compliance and adoption of sales processes.

  • Administer sales tools by providing end-user support, scoping requirements for new features/processes/apps, testing, training and process documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify internal processes and drive efficiency within sales team.

  • Enable our sales teams to efficiently capture and utilize relevant information to increase sales effectiveness and personalization.

  • Create reporting to provide visibility into key sales metrics and monitor and maintain data integrity.

  • Provide analytical support to sales leadership and translate results into actionable insights.

What you’ll bring:      

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Ideally, you have 4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or as a Salesforce Administrator. (Salesforce ADM201 certification preferred)

  • Strong team player with the proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams and navigate constantly evolving business environments.

  • Experience with CRM systems design, ideally Salesforce.

  • Proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL / Snowflake.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges.

This position can sit remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
