What you’ll do as a VIP Sales Associate:
You will act as the face of our digital DraftKings brand.
Engage with high-potential players through a variety of communication channels while creating strong, authentic relationships.
Effectively evaluate a player's potential for placement in DraftKings’ VIP Program.
Assist in developing and optimizing strategies for player engagement and qualification.
Compile player feedback to support improvements to the platform and identify commercial opportunities.
Contribute to business acquisition efforts for new state product launches.
What you’ll bring:
Experience with sports betting, gaming economies, and player behavior.
2+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to think quickly and critically when negotiating with a player.
Willingness to travel and work nights and weekends.
This position is remote except that it may not be performed in Colorado.
