We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to be part of our Retail Technical Support Team in Plovdiv. When you join us, you will be working with B2B customers worldwide to deliver effective technical and customer support for our retail applications.
You will be responsible for receiving, investigating, troubleshooting and further escalating a variety of issue types in order to provide the best support of our products and ultimately the best customer experience.

What you’ll do as a Technical Support Specialist:
Provide quality support to business customers including answering questions and analyzing tech issues
Troubleshoot, diagnose and identify technical issues, including network-related problems, software bugs and peripheral device configurations.
Follow up on escalations in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with systems – Zendesk, Confluence, Jira, Kibana, internal tools.
What you’ll bring:
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with solid customer service know-how. Delivers information effectively in support of the team or workgroup.
Excellent English (verbal and written)
Ability to work on shifts, including nights and weekends.
