Talent Acquisition Partner - Analytics

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner with a keen eye for top talent. Do you have experience driving the recruitment process from kickoff to close?  This individual will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing business and work with an international team.  We are looking for a passionate teammate who can add value to the recruitment process and understands how to source quickly and creatively while always keeping the candidate experience top of mind.  Sound good to you? What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • Act as a partner to stakeholders by developing sourcing/recruiting strategies to recruit talent in highly competitive markets.

  • Leverage all sourcing and candidate development aspects, including the job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events.

  • Project manage all components involved in the full-cycle recruiting process through close collaboration with the business and Recruitment Marketing team.

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on all matters of hiring strategy, organizational development, and offer negotiations.

  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and interviewer preparedness.

What you’ll bring:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 7 years of recruiting experience, with established success in corporate recruiting.

  • Strong experience working with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred.

  • Ideally, you have experience recruiting in both an agency and in a fast-paced corporate environment with a high growth rate.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment; must be a self-starter able to work well under pressure.

  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience with hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.

  • Our ideal candidate values ethics, honesty, intellectual curiosity, humor, empathy and has positive energy.

  • Experience recruiting analytics and or data science professionals desired but not required.
