Talent Acquisition Operations Project Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Operations Project Coordinator is a critical part of a rapidly growing  segment of our people organization responsible for supporting global recruitment  programs and processes.  In this project-based role, you will focus on creating organizational efficiencies and standardizing critical processes globally.  You will partner with Project Managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, and others across the business to define challenges, identify opportunities to develop support documentation, while ensuring adherence to project schedules.  Sound good to you?  Join us. 

What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Operations Project Coordinator:

  • Support TA initiatives and programs through a project-based implementation and adoption framework.

  • Use core analytics and data points to make informed decisions around project focus areas and goals.

  • Evaluate recruiting workflow and processes for continuous global improvement.

  • Identify new tools to improve operations and efficiencies across the TA organization.  

  • Assist in building and maintaining a global employee referral program.

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers on operational changes and training opportunities.

  • Build cross-functional relationships and collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, People Operations, and external vendors.

  • Understand changing market conditions, trends, and business growth targets to support a global recruitment strategy.

  • Obtain business and candidate feedback on the recruitment and interview process and identify improvement and training opportunities.

  • Assist in the creation and facilitation of talent acquisition training programs.

  • Ensure sourcing tools are being used consistently by tracking usage, approach, and content to understand successes and opportunities.     

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience working within Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations.

  • Proficiency in Office 365, Google Suite, specifically with spreadsheets and presentation development.

  • Strong business acumen, including critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and initiative.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Collaborative spirit with a passion for process improvement.
