Talent Acquisition Associate, Non-tech

We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Talent Acquisition Associate with a keen eye for top talent. Do you have experience driving the recruitment process from kickoff to close? Do you have demonstrated expertise in hiring talented people into high-growth companies? Join us.

What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Associate:

  • Partner with department heads by developing strategies to recruit talent in highly competitive markets. Departments will include, but not be limited to: Marketing, Operations, Media, Business Development, and more.

  • Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events

  • Project manage all components involved in the full life-cycle recruiting process through close collaboration with the business and CRM team

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on all matters of hiring strategy, organizational development, and offer negotiations

  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 1 year of established success recruiting in a matrixed, high volume environment is required

  • Prior corporate recruiting experience is preferred

  • Experience in a tech company is preferred

  • Strong experience working in applicant tracking systems is required

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, in a fast-paced environment; must be a self-starter able to work well under pressure is required

  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience with hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights is required
