Sr. Campaign Manager

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the setup, execution, and day-to-day operations of strategic digital campaigns across various media types and platforms – including display, video, and mobile. In this role, you will work across the company and employ optimization tactics to ensure that client KPI’s are achieved for all assigned campaigns.  In addition to campaign management, you’ll take the lead on inter-departmental collaboration with our Customer Retention, Business Development, Product, and Engineering, as well as 3rd Party Vendors.  Sound good to you? What you’ll do as a Senior Campaign Manager:

  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including campaign set-up and traffic management, while maintaining a high-quality standard to ensure 100% accuracy and exceed client expectations.

  • Monitor campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met.

  • Analyze campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to improve campaign performance.

  • Review daily 3rd party reports and provide troubleshooting support for delivery and trafficking issues.

  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a successful campaign from beginning to end.

  • Troubleshoot issues with campaigns, creative, or implementation with the internal Account Management Team

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the company to implement, report on, and analyze nonstandard elements of campaigns.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Account Managers to advise on new campaigns and define targeting criteria and technical capabilities.

  • Provide timely delivery reports and final wrap-up campaign reports with key highlights and insights.

  • Act as the point of contact for any technical or ad specification inquiries from Agencies/Clients, 3rd Party Vendors, Account Management, and other internal departments.

  • Manage 3rd party vendor relationships such as Ad Servers (GAM, Megaphone), DoubleVerify, IAS,  Chartable/Podsights, or Content Syndication partners.

 

What you’ll bring:   

  • At least 3 years of professional experience with ad serving platforms and technologies.

  • Proficient in Google Ad Manager (GAM), Audio Ad Servers (Megaphone, Triton, etc.), and third-party tracking technologies (DCM, IAS, Sizmek, DoubleVerify, etc.)

  • Robust knowledge of the ad tagging ecosystem (iFrame, JavaScript, VAST, VPAID, 1x1s, HTML)

  • Experienced and knowledgeable of the DraftKings’ platform and advertising programs.

  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and sense of urgency combined with strong organizational skills.

  • A data-driven mindset with solid reporting and analytical skills.

  • Experienced in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • High level of comfort and an eagerness to learn and collaborate with others internally and externally
