BE THE STRATEGY BEHIND THE GAME.

We’re looking for a Specialist, Partner Operations to join our Sportsbook Operations team to drive the cohesiveness between our marketing and strategic partnerships teams and our Sportsbook Operations team.  In this role, your main responsibility is end-to-end strategy and execution of the existing partnership and influencer roster, as well as a stakeholder in the partnership acquisition process. WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SPECIALIST, PARTNERSHIP OPERATIONS:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple internal marketing teams to ensure strategic delivery and optimize key activation elements across team and league partnerships.

  • Collaborate with Business Development and key internal marketing stakeholders to deliver plans that support the partnership as well as overall company goal.

  • Build streamlined and efficient processes throughout the business teams, including the design of cross-functional business processes to support business growth.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and grow partnerships.

  • Proactively assess partnership health and performance and provide recommendations for improvement on an ongoing basis.

  • Utilize data provided by our research and audience development teams to evaluate partnership and revenue opportunities.

  • Track and manage progress and milestones across multiple projects simultaneously.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:  

  • A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of proven and of marketing experience with a proven success record, ideally in the sports industry.

  • Experience in an analytical data-driven environment.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented and possess strong project management skills.

  • Ability to collaborate and partner with other content platforms and external partners.

  • Robust, polished, and confident communicator to sell the vision and excitement of DraftKings.

  • Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple departments.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are proficient in SQL, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
