As a Senior Technical Producer, you will direct and drive our live productions and game streams and help to support the Broadcast Engineering needs of all DraftKings produced content. This role requires someone with vast technical directing experience and an in-depth knowledge of the systems and hardware that bring our productions to life. Sound good to you? Join us.
What you’ll do as a Senior Technical Producer:

Serve as our lead technical director and support the engineering for live programming.

Drive technical directing operations for broadcast by bringing on live guests, checking audio, creating streams, and publishing events.

Establish new production workflows in three Boston-based studios.

Create efficient work streams for the team, support needs and offer ideas on direction of production.

Identify production needs and work with leadership to make recommendations.
What you’ll bring:

At least 5 years of technical directing experience in a major TV market or regional sports network.

Live production experience and a Communications, Film, Media Production or related degree is required.

Understanding of Ross Video technology, NewTek (TriCaster), TC1, NC2 and TalkShow; Carbonite, Inception, Tick-IT and Xpression is a plus.

Experience troubleshooting production systems and control room technology along with exceptional skills and comfortability in a live environment.

NDI and Dante experience is a plus.

Willingness to work a floating schedule when necessary, including holidays.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $69,120.00 - $103,680.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
