The Senior Product Designer, will partner deeply with a cross functional group of Product Leaders, Engineers, Researchers, and Analysts to lead products and features from concept through execution. You are an integrator who knows when to push boundaries, and when to work within constraints to envision, design, test and deliver cutting edge features within the DraftKings ecosystem.


  • Help us build and iterate on best-in-class products.

  • Champion design decisions with qualified rationale including research and data.

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Analysts to oversee the user experience of our product from conception until launch.

  • Sketch, prototype, brainstorm, and build design artifacts that help to inform and communicate product and experience requirements.

  •   Work in deep collaboration with engineers to craft rich experiences.

  •   Challenge assumptions and advocate for the user.


  • Strong understanding of Sportsbook and Casino knowledge

  • First and foremost, a T-shaped designer. You have a broad range of skill-sets and a deep specialty in one.

  • A strategic thinker. You think about not just how things work, but what we should be building and why.

  • Able to lead the process of designing complex transactional interfaces.

  • A leader. You coach and mentor and genuinely care about the well-being of your colleagues. You have the organizational and cultural sensibilities to get everyone rowing to the same heartbeat.

  • Comfortable working in an international global context and proficient in English.

  • Roughly 6-8 years designing and shipping web and native mobile applications including visual and interaction design as well as creating interactive prototypes.

  • Proven ability to lead high performing teams attracting, coaching and developing talent.

  • Solid knowledge around modern forms of product discovery, product planning, product development, and customer delivery processes.

  • Champion of modern consumer-facing and backend software technologies to create feasible solutions meeting business objectives.

  • Proficient in design thinking, agile processes and sprint planning.

  • Portfolio of work demonstrating experience with interactive design across a variety of screens and transactional models.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,400.00 - $165,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
