Senior Marketing Associate, Channel Marketing

What you’ll do as a Senior Associate:

  • Develop digital media buying strategies for our products across Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, or Casino. Focused media buys across Social ad networks.

  • Launch & optimize new user acquisition campaigns across Digital channels to meet larger team goals, KPIs, and results. 

  • Identify and execute A/B tests to draw insights critical for growth and optimization.

  • Conceptualize new and innovative ads, collaborating cross-functionally with creative, brand, and product. Work closely with the Marketing Creative team to deliver these innovative best-in-class creative concepts to life.

  • Report on performance and share learnings with executives & the wider growth team.

What skills you will use: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

  • 2-4+ years of experience in media buying, acquisition marketing, or mobile marketing; 1-2+ years of experience with Paid Social advertising.

  • Strong examples of proficiency in digital media optimization, including structured A/B testing, conducting in-depth analysis on ad buys, and understanding of bidding algorithms or manual bidding approaches. 

  • Demonstrated channel experience, with ownership of channel objectives and roadmaps, particularly across Social ad networks.

  • Well organized and high attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously often under challenging time constraints.

  • An understanding of cohort analysis; strong understanding of mobile attribution preferred. Bonus of having an understanding of Apple’s ATT framework as well as the SKAdNetwork attribution framework.

  • Expertise in Excel is a must; SQL proficiency is preferred.

  • Willing to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar.
