We are seeking a strategic leader to build and execute all VIP sales operations to help a rapidly expanding VIP sales team deliver a best-in-class VIP experience. When joining us, you’ll drive the performance of distribution teams through reporting and incentive design, tooling, and internal procedures. You’ll also design and administer incentive plans for all front-line VIP sales teams while developing the structures that put macro-level information and trends into the hands of the sales teams for better efficiency. What you’ll do as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations:
Build and execute on a vision for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems that enable our sales teams to efficiently capture and utilize relevant information in order to increase sales effectiveness and personalization.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement and continuously improve on our CRM systems.
Manage vendor relationships for all VIP tooling and communications platforms.
Build and implement efficient internal processes such as customer segmentation and handoffs.
Lead efforts to automate manual processes in order to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Collaborate with the Analytics team to develop sales triggers, contact strategies, and real-time reporting for Front-Line and Management teams.
What skills you will use:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Have 5+ years of relevant experience in sales operations or enablement.
Have 3+ years of direct management experience.
Experience with CRM systems design, ideally Salesforce.
Experience with sales incentive structures.
Proficient with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and SQL / Snowflake.
