Senior Manager, Retention Marketing

DraftKings is looking for a seasoned marketer with a strong background in data and CRM experience. As Sr. Manager of Daily Fantasy CRM, you will lead a team responsible for driving customer retention and monetization within the DFS vertical. Working cross-functionally to develop a winning strategy, you will lead new testing initiatives, influence the roadmap for CRM tooling, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do as a CRM Sr. Marketing Manager:

  • Lead a high-performing operational marketing team in delivering on a diverse set of objectives aimed at increasing LTV by generating incremental product engagement.

  • Manage the CRM calendar including design of offers and promotions and audience segmentation across owned channels: emails, app pushes, and in-app notifications.

  • Work with product development team to drive marketing platform and channel capability enhancements that build toward a vision of CRM automation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build plans that drive multi-product play across verticals and support new product launches.

  • Leverage industry best practices and data insights to maximize CRM channel reach and frequency within a very large customer database.

  • Work a flexible schedule to reflect the always-on sports calendar

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years of CRM or retention based marketing experience, preferably with a technology company.

  • 2+ years proven experience as a people manager with 2+ direct reports.

  • Proven ability to turn ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions and operate with a high level of autonomy.

  • You are a data-driven, strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the DraftKings product and industries.

  • You thrive in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
