Senior Manager, HR Business Partnership

We’re looking for a Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with the L&D, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and our Senior Leadership Teams members to design and deliver strategies that’ll enable, motivate, and retain our employees. You’ll help evolve the working methods and organizational structure at DraftKings to ensure success as we rapidly grow and scale to meet the incredible opportunity before us. What you'll do as a Senior Manager HRBP:

  • Leads site strategy for Israel sites, including the implementation of companywide HR programs, developing the Israel Talent Strategy for DraftKings and working collaboratively with teams across the people team to execute that strategy.

  • You will also lead all employee relations and disciplinary matters, performance, talent management, occupational health and safety, organizational development, headcount and workforce planning activities to support the local organization.

  • You will partner with our compensation and benefits team and L&D team to develop and implement competitive rewards and L&D offerings for our team of over 100 employees, based in our Tel Aviv offices.

  • Understand the local talent needs and execute on talent management projects and initiatives. Examples include Return to Office planning and Engagement action planning.

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team on global strategy and execution, ensuring we are attracting and onboarding top talent in IL and advising work on employment branding

  • Collaborate with local Leadership members and act as their strategic business partner – supporting unique needs and demonstrating thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy, planning and execution

  • You’ll bring in metrics and rigorous data analysis based on business needs, to support decision making and planning

  • Partner with local managers and employees to provides consultation and guidance to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention

  • Proactively identifying issues when they’re still small before impacting people and business

  • Monitors and maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law, applies this knowledge into company’s policies, practice, and resources to global HR

  • Develops and implements HR site’s budget

What you'll bring:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrate solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.

  • Demonstrate project management and change management experience

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrate empathy, emotionally and socially intelligent, build great relationships with people

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

  • Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams

  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  • Multitasking expert, a “doer”

  • Experience supporting a variety of technical and non- technical teams

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related

  • At least five years of human resource business partners experience required
