We’re growing rapidly, and our Global Compliance & Risk team is searching for a Senior Licensing Associate to support our compliance and risk initiatives in Boston, MA. You will contribute to an innovative and robust compliance and risk management culture through various initiatives, including assisting with corporate license applications for Daily Fantasy Sports, Sports Betting and iGaming; collaborating interdepartmentally; and various ad hoc licensing compliance projects. What you'll do as a Senior Licensing Associate:
Support our global licensing program by working with the corporate licensing team to prepare entity applications, for both initial entry and renewal filings.
Provide guidance to the executive team on the filing of individual applications.
Maintain established filing and tracking systems, and work with regulatory software products.
Communicate effectively with internal business partners, outside counsel, and regulators.
Prepare and analyze reports for submission to compliance leadership and regulators regarding entity licensing.
Research and interpret licensing requirements, and document processes and procedures.
What you'll bring:
2-4 years of experience in an administration, compliance, or legal function.
Paralegal and gaming experience are strongly preferred.
Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities and changes in scope or direction.
Track record of learning, understanding, and interpreting new laws, rules, and regulations.
Strict knowledge of and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with superb attention to detail and accuracy.
