Senior HR business partner

·       Developing HR strategies for units, engaging with heads of units

·       Consulting leads/managers on HR issues/needs

·       Conducting salary process from HR side

·       Supporting benefits programs (team buildings,  conferences, performance based initiatives, wedding/baby bonuses)

·       Supporting recruiting team with identifying staffing needs

·       Supporting all HR-related processes in company

·       Analyzing the effectiveness of existing programs

·       Supporting of adaptation process

·       Supporting of internal/external trainings (identify needs, create/procure)

·       Introduction/implementation and supporting of motivation programs

·       Supporting of attrition process (Conducting exit interview, Providing attrition statistics/analytics) 

·       Personnel Assessment (performance review) and Career Planning (growth plans)

 ·      Managing Workday system changes/tasks
