Senior Fraud Monitoring Associate

As a Senior Fraud Monitoring Associate, you will provide recommendations supported by data in implementing new fraud alerts and controls. You will teach and train Associates on team tools, processes, and policies, and act as a mentor to help develop and support the department. You will also help to support management and internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews.  Sound good to you? Join us.  

What you’ll do as Senior Fraud Monitoring Associate:

  • Provide recommendations supported by data in implementing new fraud alerts and controls for our customers.

  • Support the discovery, containment, and prevention of Fraud and Abuse Groups.

  • Monitor and analyze daily alerting, flag, and escalate any potential fraud activities and take necessary immediate actions to mitigate losses.

  • Review player deposits and withdrawal transactions for potential fraud.

  • Monitor and escalate suspicious activities associated with money laundering (including, but not limited to, tax evasion, fraud, and terrorist financing)

  • Assist management and internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering, including KYC requirements and gaming regulations.

  • Ability to extract critical information to perform data mining and ad-hoc reviews for daily monitoring.

What you’ll bring:   

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least one year of relevant experience.

  • An understanding of gaming and payment processes.

  • Data-driven, strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of the industry.

  • Ability to become licensed in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

  • Experience in SQL is preferred, but not required.

  • Competence with Zendesk and Microsoft Office product suite and intermediate

  • Excel skills are preferred but not required. ​

  • Flexibility to work potential days, nights, and weekend
