We’re growing rapidly and are searching for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant who can support VP and SVP level leaders. What you’ll do as an Senior Administrative Assistant:
Own your Senior Leadership Team members’ calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and expenses.
Consult with your Senior Leadership Team members to solicit information, provide critical updates, and coordinate information and priorities.
Respond to a wide variety of requests for information and executive action. Analyze needs and problems while determining approach and priority.
Occasionally provide back-up administrative support.
Build rapport; communicate respectfully when given feedback.
This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires your diplomacy and discretion.
What skills you will use:
Ideally, you have 3-7 years of relevant experience working in a busy, high-growth, and fast-paced environment.
You have a BA or BS in a relevant field.
Strong computer skills; in particular Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
General Video Conference knowledge.
Administrative competence (typing, scheduling, e-mailing, coordinating calendars).
Experience working with all levels of management, and consulting with key business stakeholders. An ability to influence for greater outcomes.
