Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Shape a rapidly scaling industry. 

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst to ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

A great Compliance Analyst is well-versed in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices. They are professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties keeping in mind the objectives of the business. You must be result-oriented.

The goal is to preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course.

What you’ll do as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst:

  • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies;

  • Maintaining and keeping up-to-date Compliance documentation;

  • Supporting third parties including test labs during regular and ad-hoc certifications with a main focus on Change Management;

  • Evaluate the efficiency of the Company’s internal controls and improve them continuously;

  • Revise policies, procedures, reports, etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues;

  • Comply, review and implement Company’s policies and procedures;

  • Collaborate with corporate counsels across the world and the Company’s departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations;

  • Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible regulatory opportunities and compliance risks;

  • Provide ongoing compliance and regulatory advice and training;

  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments across the world as well as evolving best practices in compliance control.

What you’ll bring: 

  • Proven experience as compliance analyst or similar experience (advantage);

  • Previous experience in the gambling industry (advantage);

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations (advantage);

  • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping;

  • Extremely organized working methods and high motivated;

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; 

  • Well organized;

  • Self-learner;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • High level English.
