We’re searching for a Promotions Associate within our Reignmakers Marketing team. The ideal candidate will plan and review online promotions across the business and assist in the fulfillment and tracking for all of our promotions performance. What you’ll do as a Reignmakers Promotions Associate:

Manage the strategy and execution of promotions across categories - sitewide, targeted, and collection game; including working with legal to ensure all promotional terms meet required regulatory standards.

Maintain the scheduling and adjustments of our promotions calendar.

Coordinate complex projects and communicate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

Design and review code as necessary for the execution of our collection-oriented programs (Franchise Score, Achievements, Missions).

Review customer facing promotion communications to ensure accuracy.

Support the site marketing lead, when necessary, to execute updates for merchandising zones.

Collaborate with Ops and Analytics teams to process promotional payouts for users.

Monitor and recap the performance of promotions for relevant stakeholders.

Research industry trends and new techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our promotional offerings
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience with a basic knowledge of SQL, Snowflake preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently as part of a fast-growing team.

Data-driven, strategic mindset, and strong attention to detail, with a deep understanding of the industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $56,000.00 - $84,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
