Project Manager, Creative Operations

We are in search of a Project Manager to join the Creative Operations team in a full time capacity.  In this position, you will work closely with Creative Operations leads, Creative team members, Engineering and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, track, manage and drive all steps in the project lifecycle.  Sound good to you? What you'll do:

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes throughout the project lifecycle

  • Partner with Program Manager and Creative Operations team members to

    • Extract accurate, actionable detail from high-level strategic plans

    • Assist with day-to-day management of core creative team(s)

  • Lead channel-specific planning processes in order to

    • Anticipate campaign/creative support and forecasted timing

    • Troubleshoot and propose solutions for project or resourcing obstacles

  • Ensure that projects launch on-time, deliver to expectation, within scope and on budget

    • Assess, resource and budget projects from creative grooming meetings

    • Keep self, creative partners and stakeholders organized while prioritizing a wide scope of projects

    • Manage expectations internally regarding resourcing, timelines, risks, and reviews/approvals

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple internal teams

  • Support business and marketing goals by providing strategic partnership to channel & agency teams throughout project lifecycles.

  • Maintain effective and consistent upwards communication with Program Manager on assigned projects and focus areas.

  • Practice critical thinking in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 3-5 years of creative project management or trafficking experience in marketing environment

  • Experience building and maintaining Project Management materials, such as status documents, resourcing plans, and schedules is required

  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns is required; experience with CMS or software development projects such as landing page work is preferred

  • Experience working in an Agency or related Marketing team setting is preferred

  • Experience working with Software Engineering teams, UX/UI teams and/or in an Agile workflow is preferred

  • Experience with Project Management tools (such as workflow software, resource planning, project dashboards, etc.) is preferred

  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (Google Docs, MS Office, MS Project, Wrike, Slack)

  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban and Waterfall

  • Empowered self-starter attitude, with excellent time management skills

  • Tenacity in follow-through, owning and guiding projects from infancy to execution

  • Composure and poise in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment

  • An intuitive and diligent problem-solving mindset

  • Natural curiosity for context and perspective (unapologetically inquisitive)
