We are in search of a Project Manager to join the Creative Operations team.  In this position, you will work closely with Creative Operations leads and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, track, manage and drive all steps in the project lifecycle. What you’ll do as a Project Manager, Creative Operations:

  • Manage and maintain multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Partner with Senior Program Manager and Creative Operations team members to extract accurate, actionable detail from high-level strategic plans.

  • Lead day-to-day management of core Creative teams and channel-specific planning processes in order to anticipate campaign and creative support and forecasted timing.

  • Troubleshoot and propose solutions for project or resourcing obstacles.

  • Ensure that projects launch on-time, deliver to expectation, within scope and on budget.

  • Assess, resource and budget projects from creative grooming meetings.

  • Keep yourself, creative partners and stakeholders organized while prioritizing a wide scope of projects.

  • Manage expectations internally regarding resourcing, timelines, risks, reviews and approvals.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple internal teams.

  • Support business and marketing goals by providing strategic partnership to Channel and Agency teams throughout project life cycles.

  • Maintain effective and consistent upwards communication with the Program Manager on assigned projects and focus areas.

  • Practice critical thinking in navigating cross-functional processes and risk resolution.

 What you’ll bring:   

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of Creative project management or trafficking experience in a Marketing environment.

  • Experience building and maintaining Project Management materials, such as status documents, resourcing plans, and schedules is required.

  • Experience with Project Management tools (such as workflow software, resource planning, project dashboards, etc.) is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise tools (Google Docs, MS Office, MS Project, Wrike, Slack).

  • Experience working in an Agency or related Marketing team setting is preferred.

  • Experience in traditional advertising media (Broadcast, OOH, Print, Direct Mail) and full funnel marketing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Kanban and Waterfall.

  • Experience working with Engineering teams or exposure to landing page work and CMS (Content Management System) is a plus.

  • Experience with Audio, TV and Broadcast work is a plus.


This position can sit remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
