We’re searching for a Product Marketing Specialist with a strong background in scaling new products, campaign execution and management, and channel attribution. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Reignmakers Marketing team and will take a leadership role for designing user growth strategies for the DraftKings Reignmakers product, planning offers and messaging while executing campaigns across multiple sports to meet quarterly goals.  Sound good to you? What you’ll do as a Product Marketing Specialist, Reignmakers:

  • Drive day-to-day external and database marketing strategy and communications by interfacing with channel Specialists to translate vision into direction.

  • Build, gain approval, execute and iterate an offer marketing toolkit and messaging plan to convert new purchasers.

  • Design an always-on learning agenda with our VIP team to increase adoption of the Reignmakers product with the high-value player cohort.

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for major new product and sport launches.

  • Leverage analytics to measure the success of tactics, campaigns, and offers based on internal measurement frameworks and other attribution efforts.

  • Partner with DraftKings’ Content teams to align business priorities and marketing thematics to generate content that engages our target audience.

  • Work with Community and Consumer Insights teams to synthesize objective customer feedback and improve future campaign and product improvements.

  • Ensure all offers and promotions abide by relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.

What you’ll bring:   

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience, with particular focus on launching and growing new enterprise ventures.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • Broad understanding of consumer-facing Marketing channels, with strengths in CRM, Digital Media, Social, and Community.

  • Willingness to multitask, maintain role flexibility, and comfortable with an evolving new business vertical.

  • Strong storyteller with the skills to communicate highly complex ideas in a compelling, digestible manner.

  • Positive, inclusive and collaborative partner and teammate; with a high level of initiative and ability to coordinate efforts across diverse functional groups.

  • Focus on prospect and customer journeys. 

  • Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities and track performance to drive decision making.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,800.00 - $127,200.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
