We are seeking a strategic product manager to improve the end-to-end customer experience for our market-leading Daily Fantasy product. DraftKings Daily Fantasy launched as our first product in 2012 and is now a core pillar of our gaming business across Fantasy, Sportsbook, Casino, and NFT offerings. 

In this role you will evaluate the Daily Fantasy user journey and build a roadmap to reinforce DraftKings as the best-in-class Daily Fantasy experience. You will identify key places of customer friction, pain points, improvement, and innovation: from helping users learn to play, find contests, enter and edit their lineups, sweat their contests live, and collect their reward. You have the opportunity to spearhead new product offerings in the Daily Fantasy space. You will collaborate across Product, Design, User Research, Analytics, and Engineering to define and execute the roadmap. 

You will manage stakeholders across CX, Ops, and Marketing and represent the voice of our Daily Fantasy customer by being an expert in their day-to-day joys and pain points. You will fold the insights from these groups into our product roadmap. 


  • Define and prioritize roadmap to invest in our best-in-class Fantasy experience. 

  • Establish an end-to-end user journey map including hypotheses, insights, and key monitoring for iterative product development. 

  • Build out a robust ongoing User Research, Analytics, and Design agenda to inform the roadmap and structure product decisions. 

  • Define clear testing agendas to gather insights and progress the product. 

  • Partner across Design, Ops, and Engineering to clearly define features and product requirements and ensure smooth execution.

  • Be the voice of our customer by managing key customer-facing stakeholders.


  • 4+ years of product-related experience

  • Strong strategic thinking across customer, analytics, and tech domains

  • Results focus and ability to balance near-term versus long-term planning

  • Track record defining iterative roadmaps and testing agendas 

  • Experience working in Agile teams and using Design Thinking
