Process Improvement Lead

We’re looking for a Process Excellence Project Lead to help drive projects from start to finish and effectively balance various internal stakeholders’ priorities.  In this role, build and own complex project plans based on information gathered from multiple sources, including stakeholders, business requirements, and regulations.  It’s a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve all expectations.  Do you love tracking project milestones and bringing teams together? What you’ll do as a Fraud Lead, Process Excellence:

  • Manage strategic projects to support risk, payment, and dispute resolutions for different payment trails.

  • Provide periodic updates regarding project statuses, including actions to address open issues.

  • Promote innovation for process, product, and policy enhancement and identify future areas of opportunity by proactively working with teams to prioritize and execute improvements.

  • Understand fraud risk, dispute, chargeback processes, and procedures and apply analytical and subject matter expertise to identify and resolve different issues.

  • Work closely with the Analytics Team to support the Fraud Team in the ongoing setup of analyses, reviews, and optimization of fraud processes and reporting.

  • Define meaningful KPIs and pull-out performance reports based on business needs and leverage data to identify trends, monitor relevant KPIs, and determine the business value of various projects.

  • Provide support on business insights for investigation results, trends, and team performance issues and recommend viable solutions based on compliance and regulatory requirements.

 

What you’ll bring:   

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or related experience (analytics, consulting, change management, etc.).

  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and identify process gaps.

  • Previous experience leading projects across various business units.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to take complicated problems and build simple frameworks that are scalable.

  • An ability to effectively influence, gain buy-in and drive collaboration across teams  to achieve a common goal.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
