As a member of the People Technology Team, the People Technology Manager shares responsibility for the management and maintenance of HR systems and serves as subject matter expert for our Workday Center of Excellence team. The People Technology Manager will manage and support two Workday Senior Analysts and a Workday Systems Lead. The team will be responsible for day-to-day support, initiative tracking, testing of system changes, reporting and the analysis of data for process improvement opportunities. This is a cross-functional, technical role that requires superior internal employee service, stakeholder management and communication skills.

What you’ll do as a People Technology Manager:

Oversee initiatives and configuration for Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Security in Workday

Provide troubleshooting, and configuration support to direct reports (Workday leads and analysts)

Develop, train, and harness growth of technical and soft skills within the team

Manage and train members on the People Technology team and new People team individuals on Workday

Assist with workshops and live (or recorded) training to People Team members, recruiters, and employees for new functionalities and features.

Process and policy ownership for testing and release management for migration of configuration into production for owned workstreams.

Own the maintenance and creation of system support confluence documentation, FAQs, and job aids.
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field with at least five (5) years of experience in HRIS Workday administration, functional support, and enhancement development, required
-
At least two (2) years of experience in people management
-
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources fields including Benefits, Payroll, Time Off and Time Tracking.

Workday integration experience is a plus

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical skills including problem solving, attention to detail and clear communication of complex results

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 - $180,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
