Marketing Operations and Data Manager

DraftKings is looking for a self-starter who holds strong project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, with prior experience in a digital marketing role. You will be an integral part of the team – managing data projects across all channel teams for our SportsBook, Casino, and Daily Fantasy Sports products.

What you'll do as a Marketing Operations and Data Manager:

  • Spend Tracking: 

    • Work with each partner one on one to understand how we can automate (or semi-automate) key partners spend at a weekly level

    • Own spend tracking weekly process for all channel marketing teams 

    • Partner with channel team and partners to ensure data is sent to appropriate parties on a timely basis

    • Identify and work with partners on solving any spend data accuracy issues

    • Work with channel team to make sure they input monthly projections in a timely manner

    • Understand shifts in spend and why; communicate to larger group

    • Work with analytics, channel team, and partners to provide more granularity in how we track spend (e.g. weekly instead of monthly, etc)

  • Forecasting:

    • Collaborate with channel leads and analytics to ensure spend forecasts are done on time, and identify any data discrepancies and communicate them to stakeholders

    • Partner with channel team to understand pain points and work with operations team to create process efficiencies

    • Assist analytics team with template creation

  • Reporting Requests:

    • Manage all reporting dashboard and data analysis requests with analytics for all channel marketing teams (point person for all teams)

  • Performance Trending:

    • Day to day review of performance and trends across all channels

    • Flag any data issues or trends to appropriate stakeholders

    • Assist in preparation of data for weekly Pulse meetings to review spend shifts and performance changes

What Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • Experience with national TV marketing preferred

  • Strong project management capabilities - extremely detailed oriented & organized

  • Top-notch communication skills (both verbal & written), in order to share your learnings with the wider product team.

  • Well organized and high attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously often under challenging time constraints.

  • Experience managing large scope projects that involve stakeholders from many different teams

  • Must be comfortable analyzing data and have experience managing requests with analytics team
