Marketing Manager, Technical Operations

We’re looking for a highly-versatile Growth Marketing Manager to drive operational efficiency within the Marketing department and directly influence business objectives through optimizing processes, technology, and operational capabilities. In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the team – managing technical projects across all channel teams for our SportsBook, iGaming, Marketplace, and Daily Fantasy Sports products. What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Manager, Tech Operations:

  • Lead the internal tech/functionality request process for the Marketing team, coordinate prioritization with tech teams, and communicate updates on delivery to stakeholders.

  • Identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities via internal product or external vendor solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, and support the delivery process end-to-end.

  • Become an expert in our end-to-end marketing tool and tech stack such that you can identify and propose recommendations for optimizations and how this impacts all marketing teams

  • Develop the measurement framework to define criteria for success and ROI for internal projects.

  • Champion data-driven decision-making processes to guide strategic business decisions that align with goals, objectives, and initiatives

  • Closely follow industry trends to consistently be ahead of the curve and ensure our technical marketing capabilities are cutting edge.

 What you’ll bring:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • At least five years of experience in Digital Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, or Marketing Operations.

  • Experience with Digital Marketing channels (Paid Social, Search, Programmatic) required

  • Familiarity with TV, Audio, Direct Mail, and CRM channels is preferred.

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to be highly detailed oriented and organized

  • Experience with Singular (or similar attribution partner), Braze (or similar multi-channel marketing platform), major DSP’s, Jira, Confluence, and Google Analytics a plus

  • A technical mindset and the ability to develop feasible solutions and speak to tech resourcing and cost.

  • Top-notch communication skills (both verbal & written) to ensure coordination and alignment across multiple stakeholder teams.

  • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

  • Familiarity with the sports media landscape, especially related to sports betting.  Experience working with professional sports teams and leagues is preferred.
