Marketing Manager, Data Operations

DraftKings is looking for a digital marketer who holds strong project management skills with a passion for driving marketing performance and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. You will be an integral part of the team – managing data projects across all channel teams for our SportsBook, Casino, Marketplace, and Daily Fantasy Sports products.

What you'll do as Marketing Manager, Data Operations:

  • Review daily performance and identify trends across all paid channels; you will aggregate insights and recommendations that will fuel our business growth

  • Manage reporting dashboards and data analysis requests that enable the teams to make strategic decisions within their channels

  • Build annual budget and quarterly spend forecasts. You’ll own the process from start to finish and engage with all marketing teams including TV, OOH, Audio, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Partnerships.  You’ll be responsible for bringing all the individual pieces together, for ensuring a cohesive strategy and ensuring the output adheres to senior leadership's expectations.

  • Lead weekly performance review meetings to identify performance trends, discuss strategy shifts, and review competitive intel

  • Build test and learn agendas across marketing; you’ll identify test cases, develop hypotheses and work with analytics to ensure a proper framework is in place that will lead to measurable and useful results.

You’ll Partner With:

  • Research teams to track competitive insights and run competitive research that drive marketing recommendations that help secure our #1 position in the industry.

  • Large external partners to identify opportunities to create efficiencies, automate processes, and ensure accuracy of data.

  • Tech Ops teams to automate performance tracking including media spend where possible.

  • Cross-functional teams to coordinate new product and market launches as it relates to solidifying our LTV and media spend guardrails that allow our channel marketing teams to build their strategies

What Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required (marketing, finance, economics)

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing

  • Experience with national TV, audio, and direct mail marketing preferred

  • Experience with Paid Social and Paid Search required

  • Strong project management capabilities - extremely detailed oriented & organized

  • Top-notch communication skills (both verbal & written), in order to share your learnings with the wider product team.

  • Well organized and high attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously often under challenging time constraints.

  • Experience managing large scope projects that involve stakeholders from many different teams

  • Must be comfortable analyzing data and have experience managing requests with analytics team

  • Experience with building forecasts and budgets is a plus.
