We are searching for an innovative Program Manager to design and deliver the VIP value proposition to help us deliver a best-in-class VIP experience. As a program manager within our VIP team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, operations, risk, and product teams to design and deliver key programs that support our VIP Operations. What you’ll do as a Manager, VIP Programs:
Represent the VIP customer and drive continuous initiatives across all customer facing teams and continuously enhance our VIP value proposition.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to create structures and interaction models that enable us to improve our promotional effectiveness.
Develop robust bi-directional communication channels between internal groups to streamline internal workflows and ensure relevant VIP stakeholders are communicating efficiently and effectively.
Build an in-depth understanding of the VIP sales process.
Partner with marketing and operations stakeholders to create systems that expand the top of the funnel and enable efficient and effective qualifications.

Provide updates regarding project statuses including actions in place for addressing any open issues.
What skills you will use:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in program or project management within a sales function.
Some past experience designing programs for key elements of the sales and marketing process.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and manage stakeholders.
Strong collaborative and influencing skills to work with cross-functional teams.
You’re able to think strategically about the long-term design of a
program while having demonstrated success translating design into effective project plans.
