Manager, Marketplace Revenue Operations (NFT)

We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for our newest vertical, DraftKings Marketplace, the NFT ecosystem designed for mainstream accessibility.   This is a key role within our Marketplace Revenue Operations team for DraftKings Marketplace. The NFT space has never been more exciting and we hope you’ll join us.  

What you’ll do as a Manager of Marketplace Operations:

  • Lead content strategy and guidance for suppliers, recommending drop strategies/collection approaches and ensuring proper pricing and supply decisions 
  • Develop/supervise tokenomics approach for existing and new potential suppliers to ensure proper demand, sell through, and secondary market velocity 
  • Ensure product leads and operations leads are aligned to supplier plans and collaborate with product leads on roadmap prioritization to unlock more supplier success in the marketplace 
  • Work cross-functionally throughout the company to ensure proper support and alignment for your content lane/your suppliers and NFT drops, including working with Product, CRM/Marketing, Analytics, and CX.
  • Oversee direct reports who manage tooling and trouble shooting with Product during NFT drop moments.
  • Oversee operators on waiting room/queue creation and on-site merchandising.
  • Oversee the promotions roadmap and supplier relations for your content lane.
  • Leverage data to identify trends and optimize for future performance of your content/supplier lanes.

What skills you will use:

  • Prior experience managing people is a requirement for this role.
  • Knowledge of the NFT industry and competitive landscape.
  • Customer-focused view and strong understanding of what the Marketplace customer wants.
  • Self-starter and strategic thinker who excels at creatively solving problems.
  • Data-driven background.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results driven environment.

This position can sit in either the Boston or New Jersey offices or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
