Manager, iGaming Operations

Be the strategy behind the game.

We’re looking for a Manager, iGaming Operations to join our iGaming team, which oversees one of our non-sports lines of business. Our New Ventures team focuses on adding new games to our portfolio for casino and iGaming customers.  In this role, you will assist in creating and implementing new products across multiple jurisdictions. What you’ll do as Manager, iGaming Operations:

  • Develop procedures for our new gaming venture and related content.

  • Research offerings and jurisdictional regulations, taking current and future products into account.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build a dynamic offering from scratch.

  • Track and manage progress and milestones across multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaborate with Production and Development teams to deliver a completed final product.

  • Implement, evaluate, and recommend campaigns that improve game performance in collaboration with Marketing.

  • Assist in measuring the performance of each game and feature launched and help set KPI metrics for additional products.

  • Assist team members in implementing optimal project management processes to improve overall team efficiency and delivery success rates.

  • Leverage domain expertise to recommend and implement processes and line of business improvements.

What you’ll bring:  

  • 5+ years of professional experience in relevant roles within the casino or gaming industries.

  • A degree in graphic design, game design, or a similar field.

  • Extensive knowledge of gameplay, features, and jackpot functions.

  • A strong passion for games and casino games.

  • A proven track record of completing projects on time.

  • Cross-functional collaboration experience across multiple departments.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
