Join a groundbreaking team.

We’re looking for a Games Design Specialist to join our iGaming team, which oversees casino and DraftKings' non-sports lines of business. In this role, you’ll assist in creating engaging game content for our casino customers with a focus on adding new products to our games portfolio for multiple jurisdictions. Our company is agile and values transparency, high levels of autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration. If this sounds good to you, we hope you’ll join us.

What you’ll do as Manager - Game Design & Operations:

  • Design game documents and write detailed game descriptions that enable the ground-up creation of digital gaming products.

  • Research casino games and jurisdictional regulations, considering the launch of current and future products.

  • Test game builds at all stages of development and troubleshoot applications on various devices.

  • Translate land-based casino game design experience into digital environments while ensuring the essence of casino play isn’t lost in translation.

  • Assist in managing the release of new casino games into the DraftKings Casino ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with Production and Development teams to deliver a completed final product.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to recommend, implement, and evaluate campaigns that drive improved game performance and engagement.

  • Assist in measuring the performance of each game and feature launched and help set KPI metrics for additional products.

  • Assist team members in implementing optimal project management processes to improve overall team efficiency and delivery success rates.

  • Leverage domain expertise to recommend and implement processes and line of business improvements. You will also provide strategic planning input.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant roles within the casino or gaming industry.

  • Extensive knowledge of casino games and gameplay.

  • Ability to work as an independent part of a cross-functional, collaborative team across multiple departments.

  • A proven track record of completing projects on time with strong attention to detail.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, game design, casino operations or a similar field.

This position can sit in either Las Vegas or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado
