Lead Corporate Operations Systems Administrator

We're growing rapidly and are searching for a Lead Corporate Operations (CorpOps) Systems Administrator to own our Enterprise applications and employee technologies.  To meet these needs, you will manage and develop a dedicated team of talented system administrators. What you’ll do as a Lead Corporate Operations Systems Administrator :

  • Lead the management and administration of Enterprise IT systems and services provided to DraftKings employees.
  • Coordinate with partner IT teams and non-IT business units to support employee facing system utilization, vendor management, and overall system administration.
  • Own and maintain a Service Catalog of all IT and non-IT technology systems and services used or provided to employees.
  • Reduce operational bottlenecks with regards to systems administration through automation and integration.
  • Actively collect and analyze the customer satisfaction of technology systems across the enterprise.
  • Adjust, replace, and improve technology services using a cycle of continuous improvement to improve functionality, satisfaction, and cost effectiveness.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide technical expertise for a team of CorpOps Systems Administrators.
  • Lead the priority and execution of team project planning and goal setting and efforts to ensure compliance for IT principles such as documentation, monitoring, patching and updates, technical standardization, and information security.
  • Help to develop metrics to measure system performance and implement best practices.
  • Work closely with IT leadership to build technical strategy and define team goals.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 7 years of experience implementing and maintaining IT systems and a minimum of 2 years of experience mentoring or managing other IT professionals.
  • Focus on managing email services, routing, SPAM tools, and related DNS configuration (O365 and Mimecast preferred).
  • Background with licensing management and automation tools to streamline access, user management, and license inventory management.
  • Strong experience and expertise in administration of enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with implementing centralized logging and alerting, Atlassian services, Microsoft O365 services, device management via Intune/JAMF, Slack, LastPass, and Duo is preferred.
  • Thirst to understand new technologies and engineer integrations between systems.
  • Ability to translate engineered solutions to detailed technical documentation.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, handling multiple priorities with individual deadlines.
