As a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the performance of marketing campaigns across one of our iGaming marketing groups. You will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team as you measure, report, and analyze direct mail campaign performances and test results. What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, iGaming

Execute structured A/B tests and lead analysis of results to maximize business impact.

Work closely with the Marketing Creative team to deliver innovative best-in-class creative concepts and designs.

Work closely with our compliance and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing efforts follow state and federal regulations.

Process work orders, order print & printing materials for a full service direct mail program.

Plan, run, and optimize paid media campaigns in compliance with all regulatory and responsible gaming guidelines.
What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and to define next steps.

Well organized and high attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously often under challenging time constraints.

Professional or class/internship experience managing direct mail marketing campaigns is preferred.

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing/media is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of iGaming/Casino with a strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to hit key deadlines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $67,200.00 - $100,800.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
