DraftKings is looking for qualified candidates with former law enforcement and/or military and executive protection experience to provide daily support for senior leaders within the DraftKings organization. The selected candidate will be tasked with the security and driving DraftKings’ senior leaders, which may include executives. When not supporting executives, the candidate will be based in an office setting and will be responsible for other tasks in support of DraftKings and the Physical Security division. Qualified candidates should be comfortable working long hours and within a dynamic environment. The position is based in Boston, MA.
What you’ll do as an Executive Protection Professional:

Drive senior leaders, and possibly executives, to DraftKings’ offices, events, and other key locations at varying times and days of the week.

Coordinate daily activities and tasks with executive assistants and security management.

Responsible for documenting and producing timely reports within a case management system.

Demonstrate a high level of discretion, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions. Handle sensitive information in a highly confidential manner.

Assist with the development of policies, procedures, and training scenarios.

Working hours may be long and dynamic.
What you’ll bring:

Prior executive protection experience and tactical driving skills.

Strong customer service skills and experience managing expectations of executives and senior leaders.

Ability to work in a 24x7x365 capacity including nights, weekends, holidays, and during emergency and last-minute situations and events.

Possess and demonstrate sound judgment, decision-making skills, and a sense of urgency.

Creative problem solver, adaptive, remains calm under pressure, highly organized and prepared.

Proficiency in MS Office programs and knowledge of various messaging applications.

Successfully pass a thorough background investigation.

The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $38.70 - $58.03, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
