We’re searching for a Project Manager to work with our Inclusion, Equity, & Belonging (IEB) team to drive projects from start to finish. In this role you’ll enable growth of overall inclusion efforts and processes, and deliver new initiatives to meet the needs of teams as well as the overall business. What you'll do as an IEB Project Manager:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to confirm relative priorities and needs of Inclusion, Equity, & Belonging globally and ensure expectations are being met.

  • Work across People Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Communications teams to establish coordinated efforts in scaling Inclusion, Equity, & Belonging efforts.

  • Identify any process related gaps and design short-and-long-term initiatives that aid in supporting our employees and growing Inclusion initiatives.

  • Provide periodic executive summary regarding project status, including progress against established KPIs and action plans in place for addressing any open issues.

  • Work across teams to identify, define, and document standard set of best practices, and oversee compliance with best practices as they are established.

  • Ensure points of collaboration between teams are running smoothly and hitting critical deadlines and expectations.

What you''ll bring:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and/or HR role is required.

  • A minimum of 2 years Project and/or Program Management experience is required.

  • Experience building and leading strategic projects with the ability to analyze and identify ROI and process gaps.

  • Ability to think strategically about the long-term growth of Inclusion, while having demonstrated ability to translate vision into effective project plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a highly matrixed and analytical environment.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and manage both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and key leaders.
