Director, iGaming Analytics

We are searching for a Director to lead our iGaming (Online Casino) Analytics team. In this role, you will focus on building and executing the strategy for our iGaming portfolio across multiple brands, product platforms, and customer segments. You will be responsible for defining and measuring performance across all iGaming experiences while continuously innovating and experimenting to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction. What you’ll do as a Director, iGaming Analytics:

  • Manage a growing team of highly-skilled Analysts and Analytics Managers while also influencing the work of others across the business.

  • Understand business context to prioritize high-leverage applications of analytical solutions, especially related to marketing investments and new product offerings.

  • Evangelize and operationalize frameworks to improve decision-making and drive impact across the iGaming product portfolio.

  • Develop scalable and repeatable advanced analytics solutions for user engagement, monetization, and retention.

  • Proactively generate insights and identify opportunities to increase revenue and influence strategic planning.

  • Identify critical assumptions and collaborate with teams to develop test plans to refine assumptions and better understand the range of potential outcomes.

  • Align long-term customer value models with financial forecasts and marketing plans.

What you’ll bring:  

  • 8+ years of analytics experience, preferably at a B2C e-commerce company, financial institution, or FinTech company.

  • 4+ years of direct management experience, preferably overseeing high-achieving analysts, with a passion for people development.

  • Ability to problem-solve when faced with ambiguity and conflicting priorities, with the expertise to synthesize complex concepts for cross-functional senior audiences.

  • Experience building durable analytical tools and frameworks used to drive business decisions.

  • Natural curiosity and a demonstrated ability to turn observed data into a story about what behavior is driving that data.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and proven ability to influence all levels of an organization.

  • Comfortable with SQL, Snowflake, R, or Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

  • Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing. Model building experience is a plus.

  • Prior experience in gaming is a plus but not required.

This position can sit in either the Boston office or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
